Great Honor! A Workshop of Brunp Recycling Ningde Base Named National Model Worker Pioneer Unit

On April 28, the 2026 Celebration of International Labor Day and National May 1st Labor Award Commendation Ceremony was held in Beijing. The PN1-M14-SJ Workshop of Pingnan Factory at Brunp Recycling Ningde Base was honored as a National Model Worker Pioneer Unit for its outstanding achievements and exemplary work ethics.

The  National Model Worker Pioneer Unit is an honor established by the All-China Federation of Trade Unions. Guided by the principle of pursuing first-class work, service, performance and teamwork, it recognizes teams and departments from enterprises and public institutions that have made outstanding contributions to economic and social development.

Over the past year, the workshop prioritized production bottleneck breakthroughs and fully ensured on-time delivery amid a sharp rise in orders. In the extreme manufacturing of key projects, all departments collaborated and made strenuous efforts, overfulfilling the unit cost reduction target. It also achieved a 12.5% manpower allocation optimization rate and sustained a 100% customer delivery qualification rate.

In management and innovation, the workshop further advanced lean production and digital transformation. It fully deployed the MES system to enable real-time collection and analysis of production data, significantly improving anomaly response efficiency. To date, over 30 improvement proposals and cost-reduction projects have been launched and implemented. The workshop also strictly upheld safety protocols, achieving zero accidents and zero injuries for the whole year. 

Moving forward, taking this honor as a new starting point, Brunp Recycling will strive for new progress in capacity expansion, quality improvement and technological innovation, and contribute further pioneering momentum to the high-quality development of the new energy industry.
