On December 17, 2024, Rosan Perkasa Roeslani, Minister of Investment and Downstream Industry of the Republic of Indonesia, led a delegation to visit Guangdong Brunp Recycling Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Brunp Recycling") for an exchange. Brunp Recycling's President Li Changdong provided a warm reception.
The delegation from the Ministry of Investment and Downstream Industry of the Republic of Indonesia visited the Exhibition Hall at Brunp Recycling's Innovation Headquarters, gaining a systematic understanding of the company's development history, global layout, main business, scientific and technological achievements, sustainable development, and intelligent manufacturing. They also visited Brunp's digital and intelligent production workshops to learn about the production process of lithium-ion battery cathode materials.
During the visit, both sides engaged in friendly discussions on accelerating the development of Indonesia's electric vehicle battery ecosystem. Minister Rosan expressed his welcome and support for Brunp's participation in related investment cooperation projects in Indonesia. He noted that the development of green industries is Indonesia's vision and an important part of the national development strategy, expressing the hope to strengthen bilateral cooperation between Chinese and Indonesian enterprises to jointly promote the green development of the electric vehicle battery industrial chain.
President Li Changdong expressed his gratitude for the concern and support provided by the Indonesian Ministry of Investment and Downstream Industry. He stated that Brunp will fully leverage its advantages in the field of battery circular economy to contribute to the construction of Indonesia's electric vehicle battery ecosystem. He also looked forward to this cooperation not only promoting the development of Indonesia's green industries but also adding new highlights to economic and trade cooperation between China and Indonesia.
